In 2017, 3Bee's services were mainly focused on monitoring bees to ensure their health and pollination. The two colours of the initial logo, black and orange, therefore united the main subjects of the narrative: thebees, pollen and Hive-Tech. Over the years, 3Bee has evolved with the constant aim of realising useful services, based on science and data, not only to protect biodiversity, but also to regenerate it. This has been achieved by broadening the spectrum, from honey bee monitoring to the planting of nectariferous plants for all pollinators, from the hive-tech monitoring system to the Spectrum: an automatic fauna counting system that uses artificial intelligence to recognise the role of animal taxa in a given ecosystem, and again Terra, the Neural Networks system for analysing plant biodiversity across 3 European states, in collaboration with ESA.

The three colourful, hovering bees symbolise precisely the constant evolution of 3Bee. Each bee is directed towards the impact it wants to achieve. This is why we chose to use three colours plus one neutral. The black, or technology and innovation, as the basis for each of the three bees; the green for sustainability and the environment, the yellow for pollination, and the pink representing education in representation of our desire to bring the importance of sustainability to schools and business communities. These combined colours symbolise our commitment to sustain and protect biodiversity, combining advanced technology and environmental sensitivity. We are proud of this new logo and are committed to working towards a more sustainable and biodiversity-friendly future.

Not only 3 colours and 3 concepts, but also 3 actions: inform, engage, entertain.. The first step in making the decision to engage through sustainable practices towards our ecosystems is to be informed about what is happening to our Planet. The Team Building Academy allows companies to learn the basics of sustainability. Similarly, through the projects Education we make the younger generation aware of the crucial role of pollinators. Through the projects Adopt a Beehive, Adopt a Bee and Adopt a Tree we focus on involving companies and private individuals to make them protagonists in the protection of biodiversity. Lastly, we harness the power of entertainment to convey our values. Our participation as a Sustainability sponsor at the Fantasanremo was created to unite two competitions: the ironic one among festival-goers and the one for the regeneration of biodiversity, #polliniamo?

Our motto "A world with bees" encapsulates our main aspiration: a world in which bees are finally considered as fundamental components to ensure healthy ecosystems. A world in which humans cooperate to ensure their survival. Beginning with the bee as all bee species, to understand how our lives and those of other animals and plants are interconnected. This is not just a future aspiration. "A world with bees" is now and speaks to the present; it must begin to materialise now. Acting now generates a direct and concrete impact, for the communities of the present already lagging behind future generations.
