Intesi Group and 3Bee: impress with sustainability

The issue of environmental impact is intrinsically linked to what Intesi Group does. For 25 years we have been dealing with technology and more specifically with solutions related to Electronic Signatures that are the basis for the digitisation of companies. In our case we can indeed speak of true sustainable digitisation. In fact, we help our customers on a daily basis to abandon any 'materiality' in order to switch to digital process management to become smart and paperless companies.

We have long been implementing various sustainable actions and behaviours that we call IG Style. We move along three lines where people are at the centre. Welfare for staff working in the company, support for the most vulnerable and less fortunate, and respect for the environment that surrounds us and in which people live. Among the most interesting projects we have carried out is certainly the one with 3Bee is of great impact and has been very successful among Intesians who have literally discovered the value and importance of these industrious insects. We have also joined reforestation initiatives to help absorb Co2 and to provide an employment outlet for rural areas in less fortunate areas. In addition, we have long since equipped the entire company with porcelain water bottles and cups to abolish plastic consumption. The office lighting system has been completely converted to LEDs for a few years now.

The project with 3Bee was definitely win-win-win. We really liked the combination of technology and sustainability that 3Bee realised because it is very close to the way we feel. One of the aspects that we did not consider at an early stage was the high educational value of the project itself. People got curious, asked questions, read up on it and many adopted hives. Finally, unlike other initiatives, this project had the concreteness represented by the honey itself, which by its oexcellent quality amazed and engaged even more Intesians.
