Europa Service Centre, commitment to sustainability

These solid foundations allow us to compete in an ever-changing market. In fact, we are historical partners of banking institutions, NPL companies, servicers, notary and legal firms, with service models tailored to the different needs of our clients. For us at Europa Centro Servizi "social/environmental impact" is the alteration of the environment, at the hands of man. It is undeniable that compared to only 15 years ago temperatures have risen, today we are even talking about a water emergency. We believe that it is necessaryto respect the environment by adopting redevelopment processes.

We believe that the implementation of sustainable practices, besides directly benefiting the environment, can also affect the lifestyle of our employees, increasing the impact generated. This is why we have involved all our employees in every eco-friendly awareness initiative we have undertaken. Some of our corporate initiatives: paperless offices (reducing paper use), less plastic consumption, renewable energy (offices equipped with photovoltaic systems). Thanks to everyone's efforts, we have obtained the ISO 14001:2015 environmental certification.

One of Europa's challenges over the past 20 years has been to improve our production system to make it as efficient as possible. This is why we have adopted sustainable processes, such as photovoltaic plants to produce renewable energy for our consumption, paperless offices to reduce paper consumption. In 2022 we obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification, an environmental certification with which we demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement of our environmental performance. Our commitment to a more sustainable future is strengthened with the partnership with 3Bee, we strongly believe in this environmental regeneration project and in what you do because it has a real environmental and social impact on the area. Albert Einstein said that 'If the bee disappeared from the face of the earth, man would only have four years left to live'.

This project fits in well with our company policy: for us, the first step towards sustainability is to involve employees and collaborators in environmental awareness initiatives, on which we see in 3Bee an involved and collaborative team at every stage of business development. In addition, we cannot be indifferent to the climate changes and phenomena that have occurred in recent years due to human intervention. We want to be part of the ecological contribution, also leaving a footprint for future generations of Europa Centro Servizi.
