Concrete actions to support the environment

I think that, as a human being, it is necessary to think and act concretely in support of the environment. In small everyday choices, up to the most important ones made by nations, we all must and can contribute. Not to do so is to have no interest in safeguarding the human race. Today, it is enough to read 'BIO' or 'without palm oil' on a piece of paper to feel at peace with ourselves. I believe that we should inform ourselves a little more about certain issues that may not affect us closely but will affect our children. We cannot always think only of the present, as the modern economic system has unfortunately taught us. We must look more towards the future and the present must be used primarily to build a better future and not to exploit resources to the limit, leaving an impoverished planet with no way out.

    Fundamental Principles

I always try, in my own small way, to achieve sustainable development goals within my company and in my daily life. Many of these, which I consider to be fundamental principles of life, were taught to me by my parents and I in turn try to pass them on to my employees. I guarantee time spent studying, which is necessary to be able to keep up to date and thus remain competitive. I have installed a water dispenser so as toreduce the use of food-grade plastic in the office to zero. With all my employees I always try to have a direct confrontation because I believe that dialogue is very important to understand each other. I always have time to listen to a problem and, if I can, I put myself at the forefront to solve it. There is no such thing as someone's fault but the fault of the group, because we are a team. I believe that companies should collaborate with each other and not compete without ever confronting each other. In fact, the partnerships we have formed have always helped us.

    Hive adoption: a first success

The decision to adopt a beehive as a company is only the first step. Supporting local agricultural activities has always been in my heart and as soon as I could, I wanted to contribute as a company as well. The 3Bee project includes both the digital side, my work passion, and the environmental sustainability side. Too often we forget about the nature around us and take it for granted, only to find ourselves in unpleasant situations because of this indifference. As a company, and therefore as a group made up of people who are active in society, I believe it is essential to transmit certain values in support of what surrounds us, because nature belongs to everyone, but it is also everyone's responsibility.

    Application Programming Interface

Bees are a precise team, punctual, organised in every detail. They do not take any refresher courses, they move like this by instinct, an instinct that is thousands of years old and whose sole purpose is to keep the species alive. Bees should be an example for every working environment, where each person has a role that determines the ultimate success of the whole group. In our daily work we develop and use Application Programming Interfaces, more simply called APIs. These are nothing more than packages of micro-services to more simply integrate different platforms with each other and to dialogue properly. Our APIs also work tirelessly to enable digital services to function properly and be affordable for everyone.
