Social/environmental impact is important for our organization because We think that all our activities and all our actions have an impact in the long-term. FIDA have a vision for the future and want to protect and preserve the future generations. We must fulfill our responsibilities, build a positive reputation, mitigate risks, drive innovation and attract talents. Now we’re putting the social/environment impact as a focus of our organization. The company think that the business continuity in the future and the long-term business success depends on how the organization feels with the social/environmental impact.

1. Waste Reduction and Recycling: plastic elimination in the office with water dispenser and use of cups. 2. Emission Reduction: FIDA are actively working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through energy-efficient practices and use of smart working. 3. Employee Engagement: Our company promote sustainability awareness and engagement among employees through training programs and volunteer activities. 4. Ecology: FIDA has started a partnership with 3Bee to participate actively in protecting our environment. There is no doubt that FIDA has had to face and still faces challenges to be as sustainable as possible. Among the most relevant we can list: 1. Financial Constraints: Implementing sustainability projects can require significant upfront investments. 2. Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging internal and external is crucial. 3. Complex Measurement and Reporting 4. Changing Regulatory Landscape: Keeping up with evolving environmental regulations and policies can be challenging. At the moment the greatest satisfaction we have achieved with our efforts has been: 1. Carbon Emission Reduction with smart working 2. Waste Reduction with no plastic in the office 3. FIDA was looking for a serious and reliable partner and a structured and lasting project, and for these reasons we chose 3Bee.
