3Bee and Dragonfly Foundation: L.E.I. survey presentation

In a meeting that will start from the importance of sustainability, 3Bee, a leader in naturetech for the protection of biodiversity, celebrates joining the network and hosts Fondazione Libellula, a social enterprise committed to discrimination prevention and the dissemination of an inclusive culture, for the presentation of results of the Survey L.E.I. (Work, Equity, Inclusion), launched in December by the same Foundation to explore the state of gender equity in the world of work. The event will be held on 5 March 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Le Village by Crédit Agricole in Milan and will be hosted by Laura Locatelli, actress and trainer. Institutional greetings will be given by Lamberto Bertolè, Councillor for Welfare and Health of the Municipality of Milan, Elena Lattuada, Delegate of the Mayor of Milan for Equal Opportunities and Diana De Marchi, President of the Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights Commission.

The 11,201 compilations of the L.E.I. (Work, Equity, Inclusion) survey by Fondazione Libellula allowed to collect experiences and perceptions of women workers on gender discrimination, career paths, care work and relationship with money. During the event, 3Bee and the Dragonfly Foundation will introduce an innovative corporate training programme, dedicated to promoting sustainability in the social and environmental spheres. The aim is to stimulate a cooperation between companies to tackle these key issues together.

The collaboration between 3Bee and Fondazione Libellula emphasises an interdisciplinary view of sustainability, integrating the environmental and social dimensions. Just as the biodiversity represents harmony and balance in the nature, the fight against gender violence aims to create a social balance, where each individual is respected and valued in his or her uniqueness. The event reinforces the partnership between 3Bee and the Dragonfly Foundation, started last November, and emphasises the importance of the connection between the two dimensions of sustainability, promoting a message of joint commitment.
