    Great project! "Adopt a beehive" was a gift from a family member to my son. At first, not knowing about the project, I doubted it was really worth it, but then I changed my mind. When I saw how the application worked and when the email arrived to say that they would send us the honey, it was a pleasant surprise. We received 1 kg of lavender honey that we didn't know.     I didn't know about 3Bee until I received the gift of adopting a beehive for my birthday. A slightly unusual gift, but very much appreciated by me, as I really like honey... almost a Winnie the Pooh. It's great to be able to follow the hard work of the bees through air temperature, humidity and weather. Great professionalism; they responded to an email from me confirming the delivery address quickly and courteously. And finally the honey arrived..... Chestnut and citrus. Really excellent. The chestnut one was even put in a pan with a pork tenderloin. Slurp... So all I can do is congratulate and thank you.

    You just have to choose and 3Bee takes care of everything. I had a great time, and it was a good experience, which I will certainly repeat because of the reliability of the site (the delivery date of the honey was respected, the interactivity, the good intentions, the clarity of the project...). Everything is very simple and clear: you just have to choose the hive, the type of honey, from the most common to the rarest, and the site staff will then give you the contact details so that you can "spy" the hive and receive the honey on the promised date. I recommend it to those who love the environment, to those who want honey that is finally 100% Italian, and to those who want to help our beekeepers. As I wrote, I will certainly repeat the experience!

    What about negative reviews?

    In total, we have about 0.2% of negative reviews. About 100 people out of 50,000 have complained about our service and rightly so. But why is this? In some cases, the hive did not produce the promised honey, as our beekeepers are not allowed to buy honey or mixtures; in these cases, we do not dispatch offering a refund or exchange of the hive. This causes justified frustration for our customer. How do we solve it? We help our beekeepers to improve their bee management and reduce this variability. The honey arrives broken. Who wouldn't be angry? We are! After months of work, so many bees have pollinated and the jar breaks! Our beekeepers have new guidelines that we update every year with new paper packaging.
