3Bee on tour with the Biodiversa app at outdoor festivals

3Bee, the nature tech company that develops technologies for monitoring, protecting and regenerating biodiversity, will be touring Italy's major outdoor festivals in the coming months with the Biodiverse Experience. This immersive adventure in nature, led by 3Bee's Hiking Environmental Guide Caterina Massa, will allow participants to discover local plant biodiversity through Biodiversa, the free game app for biodiversity monitoring and ecosystem protection. In the course of the experience, participants will have the opportunity to explore various natural locations, learning to recognise and map different plant species and actively contribute to the collection of scientific data crucial for the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems.

The Biodiversa experience, lasting 90 minutes, will allow Outdoor Festivals participants, subject to registration, to map the local flora using the biodiversa app. Accompanied by a 3Bee Environmental Hiking Guide, they will have the opportunity to move through nature in search of plant species and "compete" with each other, while contributing to a European citizen science project. This moment of exploration and socialisation will teach participants how diversity makes for a resilient and harmonious ecosystem, both in the natural and human spheres, as well as learn how to read the environment in an interactive manner, thanks to the support of technology and the guidance of an experienced professional.

3Bee, which has always been committed to the side of organisations, companies and educational institutions, continues to build a strong path in the dissemination and education on biodiversity. The app Biodiversa aims to collectivise the protection of biodiversity by encouraging the active participation of players in the collection of crucial data for the conservation of ecosystems. With this experience, 3Bee intends to involve the general public and create a growing network of ambassadors of change, aware of the importance of biodiversity for our planet.

The tour with the Biodiversity Experience is part of a path that 3Bee has already consolidated in the school didactic plans and in the company training programmes, in particular with the Biodiversity Academy, the e-learning platform dedicated to sustainability for companies, managers and professionals from all sectors who want to improve their ESG and sustainability skills. The Biodiverse Experience and the participation in Outdoor Festivals all over the boot reinforce 3Bee's aim to raise awareness and involve an ever wider public in the protection of biodiversity. With these initiatives, 3Bee not only educates, but also builds a global network of citizens, organisations and companies committed to the protection of the environment and natural resources.
