3Bee ad APIMELL 2021

APIMELL is the most important international beekeeping trade fair and this year will take place on 30 - 31 October - 1 November 2021. A place where beekeepers can find and research all the techniques for caring for the hive, from breeding to production, processing and packaging of products. Not only that, it is also a meeting point for updates on the sector's prospects. The exhibitors are numerous, and among the many product sectors of interest present there are for example: technologies, products and equipment for planting and maintaining apiaries, technologies for extracting and preserving bee products, equipment for hobbyist and professional beekeepers such as beehives, uncapping benches. But there are also hive products such as honey, pollen, propolis, virgin wax, royal jelly, as well as derivatives for pharmacies, health products, queen bees and swarms.

Once again this year we at 3Bee will be present at APIMELL to talk about our products and to present all our services available to beekeepers. It will be possible to view our scales and our Hive-Tech monitoring system, find out more about the Adopt-a-Hive 3Bee project and the Oases of Biodiversity and also to book a consultation with one of our experts for beekeeping tenders. First of all, we will talk about our technology devices to keep your hives under control at all times. Through Hive-tech you can monitor weight, indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity and sound intensity. A device equipped with a GPS to check the location of the hive, a solar panel for charging, an instant weight check and an integrated GSM antenna. The aim is to optimise and improve beekeepers' work through technology, while safeguarding bee health. Remote monitoring of the hive allows beekeepers to manage their activities, intervening only when necessary to help the bees in the best possible way. This increases productivity and efficiency.

A brand new service from 3Bee for beekeepers. We are aware of how bureaucracy and administrative demands sometimes make it difficult to apply for a beekeeping licence. For this reason, we at 3Bee have put ourselves on the side of beekeepers and have prepared a service totally free of charge for all beekeepers interested in applying for regional calls to support the beekeeping sector. We will support you in understanding what documentation is required, how to apply and guide you through the reporting processes.

The effects of climate change are becoming increasingly evident and the consequences directly affect bees and the environment in which we live. This is where 3Bee's Oasis of Biodiversity project comes from. Beekeepers and farmers will be able to plant nectariferous trees to provide pasture for pollinators and increased nectar production. The process is very simple, you select the trees, plant them, share in the growth and development of the tree, and receive reimbursement.

Joining the project "Adopt a 3Bee hive" for beekeepers means selling their honey at a higher price than the retail price and making their business known throughout Italy.
