Team Building con l'Academy 3Bee

Awareness-raising is the most powerful tool we have to change things and the 3Bee Academy is an unmissable opportunity to learn more about biodiversity and pollinators. 3Bee helps companies raise awareness among their employees to take them on a concrete path to become aware of what is happening to our Planet, providing them with the tools to become professionals and citizens who actively contribute to positive change.

Academy activities are designed to meet the needs of each company and provide an authentic and educational experience for employees and stakeholders. The training part can take place either in-house or at a location surrounded by nature that will make the corporate experience memorable. Our workshops with quizzes and interactive games make the content fun and engaging. With the adoption of a forest, on the other hand, employees will be able to do their own tree planting and spend an enjoyable day in the green. The "Beekeeper for a day" event, on the other hand, will be an unforgettable day spent in an apiary in contact with our precious insects. Employees will be able to experience and learn concretely the art of caring for bees. Dulcis in fundus, nothing better than to end the day with a honey tasting and a themed aperitif.

Bees are the world's main pollinators. The survival of 75% of food crops and 90% of wild plants depends on them. The bees are precisely for this reason bio-indicators of ecosystems. Unfortunately, in recent years, due to climate change, extreme urbanisation and deforestation, intensive farming, viruses and parasites such as the Varroa, they are increasingly endangered. Getting to know bees, discovering their incredible world and indispensable work is the first big step towards protecting them and living with greaterenvironmental awareness.

The best way to get to know is to gain experience by getting hands-on: 3Bee's Team Building Academy changes traditional corporate training to bring employees into a new learning paradigm. Thanks to our activities you can communicate in a strong, concrete and transparent way the company's commitment to sustainability, involving employees and stakeholders. The locations immersed in nature are perfect for a break from the office routine, while the tasting and possible giveaways will help create a lasting memory.
